A Message From the Founder:
For years, I felt called to create a program for teen girls that addressed the dangers of eating disorders — a deeply personal subject, as I had struggled with one myself.
As I spoke with teens, I learned that self-harm often accompanies eating disorders. While this was new to me, the underlying struggles were familiar. Loneliness, insecurity, the pressure to be perfect, and the desire to belong are challenges that transcend generations.
That is why Just Be U grew and became a journey to help girls from K-12 realize that although we all feel inadequate at times, beneath those doubts are unique strengths waiting to be revealed.
My ultimate goal is for all women to realize their worth. I want each of us to be happy and free to celebrate the uniqueness of being a woman.
Most importantly, I want you, yes, you, to Just Be U.

Just Be U! creates curricula that brings girls together! We offer activities, discussion topics, and interactive lessons that get girls talking to each other—and to you!
Instead of scrambling for group activities before every meeting, you’ll have a proven playbook that brings out the best in each girl.
Our lesson plans, combined with your leadership style, will help you provide information and inspiration so your girls will be self-confident and thrive!
We offer two grade-specific curricula: one for Grades 3 to 5 and one for Grades 6 to 12.
